After Hurricane Frances, it was pretty much evident that it (The Gables) would have to be taken down to its substructure.

But we're really trying to fine tune that.

We're happy to have a local builder to help build the building back to look the same way it did before.

The (Michoud) facility is in pretty good shape. The question is, what does the workforce want to do?
