Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo are worms from hell that gnaws at American patriots in every waking moment of their lives to remind them that we live not in a democracy, but a dictatorship.

The naked truth can be so ugly that many cannot look at it. Closing one's eyes to killer drones and Abu Ghraib in no way frees one from suffering the consequences.
