About 10 or 15 years ago, the source of shamrock seeds disappeared, because there was in fact only one source in the country, and the man died. He didn't pass it on to anybody else!

These grow genuine shamrocks. It?s not clover at all.

We planted the seeds a couple of years ago, and now, they're sprouting. I'm just really glad for these guys. They're high-caliber kids. Good in the classroom. Good role models. They've been great leaders for me in trying to build the program.

In fact, Secretary Powell was not told that one of the sources he was given as a source of this information had indeed been flagged by the Defense Intelligence Agency as a liar, a fabricator, ... Curveball.
