A scholar's fingers, by being constantly engaged in activities,acquire immense capabilities.

A radiant scholar(master) is worshipped.

Engage yourself in all that is auspicious.

Develop in yourself the capabilities to perform virtuous deeds.

That is why not only we should ourselves engage in good deeds but also encourage others to do the same.

What this means is they either plan to stay working or engaged in activities that give back in a meaningful way, such as volunteerism.
