A rising tide doesn't raise people who don't have a boat. We have to build the boat for them. We have to give them the basic infrastructure to rise with the tide.

The question is, have you simply allowed your ship to rise along with a rising tide and it's not the value actually provided. Certainly the builders and the energy companies would seem to fit that.

A truly successful person is synonymous with a rising tide which lifts all boats in its path.
