A lot of tenants here put their last pennies into building their stores, ... A lot of them have gone out of business. We have no answers. It's a real shame.

We're aiming at attracting high-end, well-established tenants. Original commerce is what we want. Distinguished chain stores may be not welcomed, with the same appearances, same styles and same services as these are boring. Its clients would be companies or studios whose work is related to design or art.

It's people building houses, ... It's people financing the building of houses. It's people working in the stores that are furnishing those houses, and of course, the real estate agents who are making this all happen.

The odd thing is that the initial rush in some stores has dissipated, ... I think the shopping rush could taper off over the weekend.

The worst excesses of the dot-com era are gone.

It's when you don't win that you learn things about yourself. Everything I have gone through has made me who I am today.
