A lot of shifting will go on throughout the season. In the Ivy League, we are all pretty much on the same level.

The experience going against the best players in the world gave me so much more confidence in college. For example, we were the first team to hold down the U.S. to single-digit runs. So if I could compete against them, I certainly can compete against the teams we play here at Yale.

Even if the scoreboard has us hitting 20 hits in a game, as long as we have those five or six in a row, that's what matters. It's just avoiding errors, the mental ones and the physical ones.

We're pretty well-prepared as far as our maintenance budget goes. We're not too worried about hitting bottom.

I think it's pathetic our taxpayer dollars are being used to fund a campaign of fear. English will remain our national language, and not even the clicking of Pat Buchanan's heels will stop that.

These guys, their kids will hunt with them, and their tradition will be made.
