A lot of people who need things like blood tests can't afford them.

Men typically don't go in and have prostrate screening done. It's especially important for people over 50, but it's even important for people that are younger than that.

The screenings just provide an opportunity to do it at a lower cost.

Not all of those are different people. Some are patients who come several times a month for tests or treatments.
