A lot of our money comes from the residents of Fair Haven.

The projects we fund are in conjunction with the administration of the two schools, the superintendent and the school board. We're also trying to work with the Parent Teacher Association. It makes no sense to be in competition, and we're much better (now) at doing that.

Last year we spent over $50,000.

We're always looking for more participation from residents.

The money we spent to buy the team, the money to move here, the money for the dressing room, that's gone. We're not worried about that. We're happy just to break even on an operating level. We're happy right now.

A lot of (the nonprofits) stepped up without being told there would be any money for them they did the humanitarian thing. We're trying to do what we can to move the process along so these people can get paid.
