A horde of people around a person could be anyone except his friends, fans or followers; if they stay in, either online or offline, with him, but do not genuinely say or support the truths or facts with him.

A person who has got almost all traits and attributes in-common with the people in his circle is just a follower and not a leader; and can be spotted at any level from top to bottom of the hierarchical ladder with some even whiling away their time by disturbing others.

To judge each other is a normal phenomenon, but the grudge against someone is normally phenomenal.
