A good exercise for the heart is to bend down and help another up.

I try as much to help a lot of people, but i never do any help just to please, every help i do i do it for God..

Most people help you because they expect something in return..

Fragile things need to be treated with care, unless u have decided to stop caring if it gets broken..

Its okay if you help people but its not okay of you lose dignity in the process..

Its not always easy staying positive when the negativity around is so disheartening.
