A bomb-sniffing dog noticed something in a hot dog cart. They got a hit on something that was in the cart itself.

They had a robot go in and disassemble the hot dog cart and look for suspicious substances and at this point we have determined that there is no threat and it's safe to enter the arena.

Like a cart on the street, where they put a hot dog in a bun, we do the same thing, but with noodles.

I always expected to get robbed. But you don't expect somebody to steal the whole hot dog cart.
