10.6 percent of adults in Greenville County do not have insurance, and 23 percent of adults who have health insurance do not have dental coverage. So we are opening a full-service dental clinic for adults and children who have no insurance.

These and other similar issues like them affecting the city's financial health need to take a priority over the issues related to programs and services at this point.
